March 24, 2026 — The City Government of Bacoor successfully hosted the Grand Alumni Homecoming 2026, bringing together thousands of R.E.V.I.L.L.A. graduates and TESDA scholars in a meaningful celebration of achievement, growth, and lifelong connections.
The event was organized under the leadership of Mayor Strike B. Revilla through the City Livelihood Office headed by Ms. Carmelita Gawaran, with support from the Public Employment Service Office led by Bob De Castro. Also leading the program was Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista Mendiola, as they spearheaded the gathering of graduates to celebrate their accomplishments and track their progress after completing their training.
A total of 2,500 R.E.V.I.L.L.A. graduates and TESDA scholars participated in the homecoming. The event aimed to highlight their livelihood updates, assess how their lives have improved, and confirm the application of the skills and knowledge they gained through training programs.
Distinguished guests from national and provincial agencies also graced the event, including representatives from the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, Department of Trade and Industry, and Department of Science and Technology, demonstrating strong support for Bacoor’s livelihood and skills development initiatives.
One of the key highlights was the job fair organized by Doc Bob De Castro, where participating companies offered employment opportunities to graduates seeking work. Certificates of Recognition were also awarded to partner agencies and guests in appreciation of their continued support.
The Grand Alumni Homecoming served as a valuable platform for reconnecting alumni, celebrating their success stories, and reinforcing the city government’s commitment to empowering its residents through sustainable livelihood and training programs.
