On January 29, 2026, the Bacoor City Jail Female Dormitory conducted a Drug Awareness Seminar in collaboration with PDEA Cavite. The activity aimed to equip both personnel and persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) with essential knowledge about the dangers of illegal drugs, their legal consequences, and the importance of maintaining a drug-free environment.
The seminar sought to strengthen awareness, promote responsible decision-making, and reinforce the jail’s commitment to a safe, secure, and drug-free facility. Through this initiative, participants gained increased understanding, enhanced vigilance, and a shared responsibility in preventing drug-related incidents within the facility.
