Bacoor Government Center, October 1, 2025 – A delegation from Mabini, Batangas, led by Mayor Noel B. Luistro, visited Bacoor City today to conduct a benchmarking exercise focused on observing the city’s infrastructure and successful governance strategies.
The visit, held at the Bacoor Government Center, was organized by the City Government of Bacoor, under the leadership of Mayor Strike B. Revilla, through its Local Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office (LEDIPO), headed by Ms. Khei Javier Sanchez.

The Mabini delegation included a number of key municipal officials, including Councilors Sonny De Leon, Alex Fabila, Sweet Magnaye, Boyet Arago, Marcelo Castillo, Jojo Bueno, Teody Bueno, and Jun Villanueva, as well as Engr. Joebert Gonzales (Municipal Engineer), Engr. John Kirby Gonda (MPDC), and Mr. Ronald Castillo (Municipal Agriculturist).
Bacoor City has become a model for other local government units, attracting numerous benchmarking visits due to its innovative buildings and effective implementation of best practices in governance and public service. The visit provided an opportunity for Mabini officials to gain insights and knowledge that could be applied to their own municipality.
