Strike Multi-Purpose Hall, October 3, 2025 – The City Government of Bacoor, under the leadership of Mayor Strike B. Revilla, through the City Administration Office headed by Atty. Aimee T. Neri, held a signing ceremony today to formalize a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Neo-Connect ICT Solutions Inc. The partnership aims to implement a contactless system for the delivery of city programs to Bacoor residents.
The signing ceremony was attended by Vice Mayor Rowena B. Mendiola, Councilors Horacio Brilliantes, Noly Galvez, and Karen S. Evaristo, Board Member Alde Pagulayan, City Administration Head Atty. Aimee Neri, City Legal Head Atty. Kim Nyca Lofranco, and various department and unit heads. Representing Neo-Connect ICT Solutions Inc. were President Aristoteles Z. Elvina, Legal Counsel Atty. Charisse G. Carte, and Legal Counsel Atty. Jennifer T. Ong.
The agreement will streamline LGU processes, making them faster, more efficient, and more innovative for the benefit of Bacoor residents. The implementation of the system will come at no cost to the City Government of Bacoor. The Strike Card/SBR Card will now be utilized to disburse all benefits to Bacooreños, providing a much easier and more efficient way for residents to access the city’s programs and services.
