May 4, 2026 – The City Information and Community Relations Department (CICRD), led by Ms. Kristine Evangelista, hosted today’s Flag Raising Ceremony, bringing together city officials, employees, and residents to kick off the week with unity and patriotism.
Program highlights:
• Opening prayer led by Bishop Eric Santos
• Entrance of colors by BJMP Bacoor Personnel
• National Anthem by Bacoor Unity Band
• Pledge to the Flag led by Ms. Gina Carabay
• Government Employees’ Oath by Mr. Eroll Laodenio
• “Panata ng Bagong Pilipinas” led by Mr. John Eric Bron
A special intermission number was performed by Ms. Aaleriya Tan, while the Strike Sa Serbisyo Band also energized the crowd.
The ceremony featured recognition of:
• Latin Honor recipients
• Outstanding Bacooreños
A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was also signed between the City Government of Bacoor and Informatics Philippines (Informatics College – Cavite).
An AVP highlighting the city’s accomplishments was presented, followed by an inspiring message from guest speaker Mr. Christopher M. Hedreyda of the Philippine Information Agency Region IV-A.
The event concluded with a special message from Mayor Strike B. Revilla, emphasizing continued dedication to public service.
