March 10, 2026 — The City Government of Bacoor, led by Mayor Strike B. Revilla, hosted the ceremonial signing of a landmark tripartite agreement with Neo-Connect ICT Solutions Inc. and GCash to strengthen the city’s digital services and e-governance initiatives.
Organized by the Office of the City Mayor through the E-Government and Management Information System (MIS) Office headed by Mr. Lodgene Asuncion, the event highlighted Bacoor’s continuing commitment to digital innovation and accessible public service.
The ceremony was attended by Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista Mendiola, Councilors Alde Pagulayan, Rafael Paterno III, Roberto Advincula, Rey Fabian, Mike Bautista, Ariel Gawaran, Noly Galvez, and Bok Nolasco, along with SK President Palm Angel Buncio, heads of various city departments, and representatives from partner organizations.
Representatives from Neo-Connect ICT Solutions Inc., iBayad Online Ventures Inc., and GCash formally signed the agreement, solidifying their collaboration with the Bacoor LGU in advancing digital financial platforms and improving online government services.
As part of the program, Certificates of Appreciation were awarded to the partner organizations in recognition of their valuable contributions. Attendees also witnessed the ceremonial e-registration for the upcoming launch of the Enhanced Special Bacoor Residence (E-SBR) Card, a digital initiative designed to streamline residents’ access to social services and city programs.
The partnership marks another milestone in Bacoor’s journey toward becoming a smarter, more connected city, driven by innovation and strengthened by strategic public-private collaboration.
