The City Government of Bacoor officially kicked off 2026 with its first flag-raising ceremony held at the City Hall Lobby, Bacoor Government Center, on January 5, 2026.
Led by Mayor Strike B. Revilla, the ceremony was hosted by the Local Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office (LEDIPO) Bacoor, headed by Ms. Khei Sanchez, and graced by Acting City Mayor Rowena Bautista-Mendiola, members of the Sangguniang Panglungsod, and city employees.
The event featured the entrance of colors by PNP Bacoor, the Philippine National Anthem by the Bacoor Unity Band, and an inspiring message from guest speaker Ms. Myrachel P. Cuadra, OIC of OPCDO Cavite.
Highlights of the program included LEDIPO Bacoor’s 2025 accomplishments, intermission performances, the Quality Policy Statement, and the AVP performances of the Bagong Pilipinas Hymn, Cavite Hymn, and Bacoor Hymn by the Harmonic Voice Chorale of CvSU Bacoor Campus.
The ceremony concluded with a special message from Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista-Mendiola, setting a positive and united tone for Bacoor’s continued economic growth and development in 2026.
