STRIKE Gymnasium, November 7, 2025 – The City Government of Bacoor, under the leadership of Mayor Strike B. Revilla, continues its commitment to the welfare of senior citizens through the “Kalinga sa Matanda” program. The distribution, organized by the City Social Welfare and Development (CSWD) led by Ms. Emiliana Ugalde, and the Office of Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA) led by Ms. Nenita Reyes, took place at the STRIKE Gymnasium for the senior citizens of Zapote 1, Zapote 2, Zapote 3, and Talaba 2.
The event saw the distribution of aid to a total of 2,466 senior citizens from the aforementioned barangays: 755 from Zapote 1, 432 from Zapote 2, 684 from Zapote 3, and 595 from Talaba 2. In attendance were Coun. Karen Sarino Evaristo and Barangay Officials from the participating barangays.
Adding to the event, video messages of support and appreciation were delivered by Mayor Strike B. Revilla, Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista Mendiola, Cong. Lani Mercado Revilla, and Cong. Bryan Revilla of Agimat Partylist, underscoring the importance of the “Kalinga sa Matanda” program in the community and highlighting the city’s ongoing dedication to providing care and support to its elderly population.
