3rd Floor, BDRRMO Building, October 1, 2025 – As part of the ongoing 354th Bakood Festival, the City Government of Bacoor, under the leadership of Mayor Strike B. Revilla, through the Office of Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA) led by Ms. Nenita M. Reyes, hosted a vibrant Socio-Cultural Celebration yesterday, October 1, 2025.
The event, a highlight of the Bakood Festival, aimed to celebrate the culture, history, and faith of Bacoor and was held at the BDRRMO Building.
The Socio-Cultural Celebration was a tribute to the invaluable contributions of Bacoor’s senior citizens. The event was attended by senior citizens and OSCA members residing in Bacoor, along with other OSCA officials. Special guests included Atty. Venus D. De Castro, former OSCA head, and President Aurora Macavinta.
The celebration featured the presentation of a plaque of recognition to the City of Bacoor and a plaque of appreciation to Ms. Nenita M. Reyes for her dedicated service to the senior citizens of Bacoor. Attendees were also treated to inspirational messages from various officials and special dance presentations from District 1 and District 2. The event showcased the vibrant spirit, rich heritage, and enduring wisdom of Bacoor City’s senior citizens.
