Strike Conference Room, November 11, 2025 – A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was signed today between the City Government of Bacoor, led by Mayor Strike B. Revilla, and the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Cavite Chapter, headed by Atty. Jessie A. Salvador, to provide free legal services to indigent residents. The City Legal Office, under Atty. Kim Nyca Lofranco, organized the event.
The MOA signing was attended by key figures including Mayor Strike Revilla, IBP Cavite Chapter President Atty. Jessie A. Salvador, and other IBP officers. The agreement will prioritize qualified indigent beneficiaries, offering free consultations and legal advice with the aim of resolving disputes before they reach the courts.
In addition to free legal aid, IBP lawyers will share their expertise through a segment on Strike TV, and new PLEB districts will be established to address complaints against police officers. Mayor Strike emphasized the importance of continuous learning and accessible legal resources for all citizens.
