Promoting fair solutions and responsible property management
Mayor Strike Revilla convened a multi-sectoral meeting on February 4, 2026, at the Office of the Mayor to address ongoing challenges related to the CMP Housing Project at Julian Mayville, Panapaan 5 (SHFC Project).
The meeting gathered representatives from various government offices, utility providers, housing agencies, and community organizations to discuss concerns and work toward mutually beneficial and sustainable solutions for all stakeholders.
📌 During the discussion, Mayor Strike also clarified the ownership status of open spaces and road lots in Meadowood Subdivision, announcing that these properties are now owned by the City Government of Bacoor due to the developers’ non-payment of Real Property Taxes (RPT), which led to their forced donation to the city.
Mayor Strike emphasized his commitment to a win-win approach for all parties, including the SHFC, Julian Mayville HOA, and Paradise Ville members, highlighting the importance of cooperation, dialogue, and compromise.
He also directed the Meadowood Administrator to closely coordinate with utility companies to ensure the proper management and use of the now city-owned properties.
This meeting reflects the City Government’s dedication to resolving housing issues, protecting public assets, and promoting the welfare of all Bacooreños through fair and collaborative governance.
