The City Government of Bacoor, led by Mayor Strike Revilla, in partnership with the Confederation of Homeowners Association of the Province of Cavite, Inc. (CHAPCI) headed by President Leslie Diane Morales, successfully held a meaningful gathering aimed at empowering Homeowners’ Associations (HOAs) across Cavite.
The event brought together HOA federations and local government officials to strengthen collaboration and deepen understanding of the adjudication process under the Homeowners’ Settlement Adjudication Commission (HSAC).
✅ HOA leaders were oriented on how to properly file verified complaints
✅ HSAC officials conducted an open forum to address concerns on community governance
✅ Stronger partnerships between HOAs and the local government were reinforced
Present during the event were Mayor Strike Revilla, Board Member Alde Pagulayan, Atty. Harold Alcantara (HSAC IV-A Regional Director), City Police Officer Alexie Desamito, Kagawad Eric Sapitanan, and Kagawad Francis Baba — showing full support for our HOA communities.
✨ A special highlight was the Oath-Taking Ceremony of the newly elected CHAPCI officers and 7 member HOAs:

• Woodstate Village 1 HOA
• Springfield Subdivision HOA
• Lotus Lakeside HOA
• Green Ridge HOA
• Lessandra HOA
• Sorrento HOA
This initiative strengthens legal awareness, promotes peaceful dispute resolution, and empowers HOAs to lead with integrity and accountability.
