June 8, 2026 — The City Government of Bacoor formally renewed its partnership with the Commission on Population and Development–CALABARZON (CPD-CALABARZON) and the IsCool Teen Center through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) held at the S.T.R.I.K.E. Gymnasium.
Leading the ceremonial signing were Mayor Strike B. Revilla, Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista Mendiola, Ms. Marilyn F. Ogaya-Madem, Regional Director of CPD-CALABARZON, Dr. Teodoro A. Gloriani, Principal IV of Bacoor National High School (BNHS)–Molino Main, Ms. Babylyn Pambid, CESO VI and Schools Division Superintendent, and Ms. Emilie D. De Castro, Head of the City Population Office.
Members of the Sangguniang Panglungsod witnessed the signing ceremony, signifying the city council’s continued support for programs that promote responsible population management, youth development, and community empowerment.
The renewed agreement strengthens the collaborative efforts among the City Government, CPD-CALABARZON, educational institutions, and community partners in implementing initiatives that address population and development concerns while providing opportunities for young people to become informed, responsible, and productive members of society.
Through this partnership, the City Government of Bacoor reaffirms its commitment to advancing programs that foster youth empowerment, promote holistic development, and enhance the overall well-being of Bacooreños.
The signing of the MOU marks another step toward sustaining meaningful partnerships that contribute to the city’s vision of inclusive growth and improved quality of life for its residents.
