June 8, 2026 — The City Government of Bacoor, under the leadership of Mayor Strike B. Revilla, convened a meeting with representatives of PrimeWater at the Strike Multi-Purpose Hall to address concerns regarding water service delivery in various communities across the city.
The meeting was coordinated through the Office of the City Administrator headed by Atty. Aimee Torrefrangca-Neri and brought together key stakeholders from the local government, homeowners’ associations, and PrimeWater management.
Present during the discussion were Mayor Strike B. Revilla, Engr. Jicky Jutba of the City Engineering Office, Atty. Khalid Atega, Secretary of the Sangguniang Panglungsod, Barangay Molino III Chairman Jun Advincula, representatives from various homeowners’ associations under the Federation of Subdivision and Community Homeowners Associations, Inc. (FOSCHAI), and PrimeWater officials led by Atty. Jeen Lim, Engr. Joan Ortega, Operations Manager, and Engr. Roland Dumo.
The meeting focused on concerns raised by homeowners and residents, including insufficient water supply, the maintenance and cleaning of water storage tanks, and the repair of water leaks affecting several communities.
During the discussion, PrimeWater presented its planned implementation schedule for ongoing infrastructure improvements. These include the upgrade of the South 2 pumping station scheduled for June 10, 2026, pipeline expansion works in the West 1, West 2, and West 3 service areas beginning on June 19, 2026, and additional improvement projects in the Heights area set for June 26, 2026.
PrimeWater representatives also provided updates regarding the company’s ownership structure, noting that businessman Mr. Lucio Co is now the major shareholder of the utility provider.
Mayor Strike emphasized the importance of improving water services and ensuring that residents receive reliable and efficient water supply. He reiterated the City Government’s commitment to working closely with PrimeWater and community stakeholders to address existing concerns and implement long-term solutions.
“The City Government of Bacoor is ready to assist in any way possible to help improve water services for our residents,” Mayor Strike stated during the meeting.
The dialogue underscored the local government’s proactive approach to addressing public service concerns and fostering collaboration among stakeholders to improve the quality of life of Bacooreños.
