The City Civil Registrar Office, together with the City of Bacoor Ministries Association Inc., successfully held a patriotic Flag Raising Ceremony on February 9, 2026, at the STRIKE Gymnasium.
The program opened with a prayer led by Pastor Cesar Roxas, followed by the Entrance of Colors by BJMP Bacoor, the Philippine National Anthem by the Bacoor Unity Band, and the recitation of national pledges. Inspiring performances were also presented by the Queensrow Elementary School Choirs.
Hon. Horacio Brillantes Jr. delivered the opening remarks, setting the tone for a celebration of excellence and service. The ceremony honored Latin Honor Awardees, newly certified board passers, dedicated PNP personnel, and outstanding community contributors. Patrol equipment and special awards were also turned over in support of public service.
Highlights of the event included the CCR Accomplishment Report by Atty. Jigo P. Arevalo, a message from guest speaker Ms. Raquel Cueno Ronario, and a special message from Mayor Strike B. Revilla.
This meaningful gathering showcased unity, patriotism, and the City Government’s continued commitment to serving and uplifting the people of Bacoor.
