July 13, 2026 – The Bacoor Traffic Management Department (BTMD) hosted the City Government of Bacoor’s weekly Flag Raising Ceremony at the S.T.R.I.K.E. Gymnasium, bringing together city officials, employees, and partner agencies in a program centered on public service and road safety.
The ceremony opened with an invocation led by the Bacoor City Transformation Office, followed by the entrance of colors by BJMP Bacoor Male Dormitory Personnel. The Bacoor Unity Band performed the Philippine National Anthem.
The official pledges were led by:
Mr. Roderick Arciaga – Panunumpa sa Watawat ng Pilipinas
Ms. Lellani F. Ocampo – Panunumpa ng Lingkod Bayan
⭐ Mr. Alexandra Louise Morales – Panata ng Bagong Pilipinas
Ms. Katrina Jelo V. Solis presented the City’s Quality Policy Statement, followed by the audio-visual presentations of the Bagong Pilipinas Hymn, Cavite Hymn, and Bacoor Hymn.
Opening remarks were delivered by City Councilor Rogelio “Bok” Nolasco of District 2.
The program also featured an audio-visual presentation highlighting the accomplishments of the Bacoor Traffic Management Department, under the leadership of Ms. Leslie Dianne V. Morales, showcasing the department’s initiatives in improving traffic management and public safety.
Serving as guest speaker was Ms. Bernardita S. Timonera, Chief of the LTO-Bacoor District Office, who shared valuable insights on traffic management, road safety, and responsible road use.
Members of the BTMD also entertained attendees with an intermission performance.
The ceremony concluded with a weekly accomplishment report and a special message from Hon. Catherine Sarino-Evaristo, Acting City Mayor of Bacoor, emphasizing the vital role of efficient traffic management services in supporting the city’s continued growth, mobility, and public safety.
Together, Bacoor continues to move forward through disciplined roads, safer communities, and dedicated public service.
