BDRRMO Building 3rd Floor, December 2, 2025 – The City Government of Bacoor, under the leadership of Mayor Strike B. Revilla and Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista Mendiola, in collaboration with the SK Federation headed by SK President Palm Angel Buncio and the Land Transportation Office (LTO), launched the first batch of its LTO FREE Student Driver’s Permit program. This program marks its second year as a key initiative of the Bacoor LGU.
The event was graced by the presence of Mayor Strike Revilla, Board Member Alde Pagulayan, Atty. Lance Bryan Tan (Asst. Regional Director, LTO Region IV-A), Ms. Bernadeth Timonera (LTO Head, Bacoor), Mr. Garri Villanueva (LTO Imus), Mr. Yrolle Baren (LTO Bacoor), and SK Chairpersons from different Barangays.
This year, the program aims to provide free student permits to 400 Bacooreños (First Batch), empowering them with the knowledge and skills necessary to become safe and responsible drivers. Mayor Strike Revilla reminded the 400 registered participants to complete the 2-day Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) to obtain their certificate, emphasizing the importance of utilizing government resources effectively. This initiative underscores the City Government’s commitment to promoting road safety and providing accessible opportunities for its constituents.
