Mayor Strike Revilla convened a meeting on January 21, 2026, at the Strike Conference Room with representatives from SM and Vista Cinemas to explore a potential partnership for the implementation of “Libreng Sine at Sakay” programs for Bacooreños.
The discussion focused on the feasibility of providing free movie screenings (Libreng Sine) and free transportation (Libreng Sakay) for qualified residents, aiming to expand leisure opportunities and help ease transportation costs—especially for those in need.
City officials present included Mr. Lodgene Asuncion (MIS/E-GOV Head), Atty. Aimee Neri (City Administrator), Atty. Kim Nyca Lofranco (City Legal Services Head), and Ms. Kristine Evangelista (CICRD Head). Vista Cinemas was represented by MK Cid, while SM was represented by Ms. Josephine Arvesu and Ms. Russel Abrazado.
This initiative reflects the City Government of Bacoor’s commitment to innovative, people-centered programs, recognizing the vital role of private sector partnerships in improving the quality of life of every Bacooreño.
