STRIKE Gymnasium, October 13, 2025 – The City Government of Bacoor, headed by Mayor Strike B. Revilla, today signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with QPAX Traffic Systems Inc. to implement the Bacoor City Digitalized Traffic Enforcement system. The signing ceremony was organized through the Office of The City Legal Services, led by Atty. Kim Nyca Lofrangco.
The event was attended by Mayor Strike B. Revilla, Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista Mendiola, members of the Sangguniang Panglungsod, Mr. Manolo Steven Ona (President and CEO of QPAX Traffic Systems Inc.), and Atty. Jake Posio (Chief Legal Officer of QPAX Traffic Systems Inc.).
The MOA outlines the implementation of a digitalized traffic enforcement system in Bacoor City. Key features of the system include the recording of traffic violations with the Land Transportation Office (LTO), preventing individuals from renewing their licenses until outstanding traffic violations in Bacoor are settled. This initiative aims to improve traffic management, enhance road safety, and ensure compliance with traffic regulations within Bacoor City.
