Ciudad De Strike Multi-Purpose Hall, Barangay Molino 1, September 15, 2025 – In celebration of its 354th Founding Anniversary, Bacoor City launched its new Digital Transformation Center (Tech4Ed) in Ciudad De Strike today. The initiative, focusing on digital advancement and education, was organized by the City Government of Bacoor, headed by Mayor Strike B. Revilla, through the E-Governance and Management Information System (MIS) and the DICT.
The launching and ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by key figures including Mayor Strike B. Revilla, Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista Mendiola, and members of the Sangguniang Panglungsod. Representatives from DICT included Mr. John Philip Tan (Project Development Officer 1), Mr. Kenneth Benedicto (Engineer 1, Provincial Officer), Ms. Mary Ann Lacson (Regional Focal, ILCDB), and Mr. Adrian Barrera (Engineer 1, Free Wifi 4 All (FW4A)), along with the Security Planning Assistant and General Virtual Assistance Trainees.
Also present were Bishop Ericson Santos, Kap Jeo Boying Dominguez and Barangay Officials of Barangay Molino 1, Ciudad De Strike Homeowners Association Phase 1 led by Pres. Thon Bernabe, and Ciudad De Strike Homeowners Association Phase 2 led by Pres. Jess Alcantara.
The program included an invocation led by Bishop Ericson Santos, opening remarks by Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista Mendiola, an inspirational message from SK President Palm Angel Buncio, and closing remarks by Mayor Strike B. Revilla.
The Digital Transformation Center aims to provide residents with access to technology and digital literacy programs, furthering Bacoor City’s commitment to digital advancement and education.
