ULSAN, SOUTH KOREA, September 8, 2026 — An official delegation from Bacoor City, Philippines, led by Mayor Strike B. Revilla, conducted a working visit to Ulsan Technopark in Ulsan, South Korea, to hold the Ulsan–Bacoor City Energy Infrastructure Technology Exchange Meeting. The activity was carried out in partnership with the Korea Testing & Research Institute (KTR) and RMS Platform Co., Ltd.
Joining Mayor Revilla as part of the Bacoor City Delegation were Mr. Lugene Asuncion, Head of the E‑Government and Management Information Systems; Atty. Kim Nyca Lofranco, Head of the Office of the City Legal Services; and Mr. Richard Quion, Head of the Bacoor Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office.
The delegation was formally welcomed by Ulsan Technopark officials led by Mr. Han‑woo Lee, Director of the Energy Technology Support Center, together with Ms. Yoon‑soo Choi, Team Leader. Representing KTR were Mr. Ki‑chang Lim, Team Leader, and Mr. Jin‑wook Lee, Executive Director. From RMS Platform Co., Ltd. were Mr. Yoon‑ho Lee, CEO; Ms. Yu‑mi Jeon and Mr. Sung‑woon Bae, Executive Directors; Mr. Jun‑won Sung and Mr. Gun‑ho Jung, Managers; and Ms. Hyun‑hwa Shim, Assistant Manager.
Presentations highlighted flagship projects including Hydrogen Fuel Cell Demonstration, Distributed Energy Center Systems, and renewable energy infrastructure. Both parties agreed to strengthen cooperation in energy technology, sustainable infrastructure, and knowledge sharing, with the goal of exploring the adoption of advanced clean energy solutions for potential implementation in Bacoor City.
