February 18, 2026 – The City Government of Bacoor, headed by Mayor Strike B. Revilla through the MIS/E-Governance Department led by Mr. Lodgene Asuncion, conducted a meeting with representatives from the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) to discuss a collaborative project highlighting the city’s evolving story. CICRD personnel were also present during the meeting.
Representing DICT were Mr. Matt Ezekiel S. Abella and Mr. Mark Genesis S. Abella from Smarter Multimedia, together with Ms. Jerica Dalisay and Ms. Mary Ann Lacson from DICT Region IV-A.
The discussion focused on the development of an audio-visual presentation (AVP) that will showcase Bacoor’s milestones and progress — including key projects and programs, awards and recognitions, infrastructure development, diversion roads, internet services, utilities, digital transformation initiatives, and innovative solutions — while honoring the city’s rich history and heritage.
Through this partnership, Bacoor continues to harness the power of digital technology to share its journey of growth and transformation with a wider audience.
