The City Government of Bacoor, led by Mayor Strike Revilla through the Housing and Urban Development and Resettlement Department (HUDRD) headed by Atty. Aimee Neri, officially signed a Deed of Absolute Sale (DOAS) with Ph1 World Landscapes, Inc. for the 4PH Salinas Project during a ceremony held at the Strike Multi-purpose Hall on January 26, 2026.
The signing was witnessed by city officials including Vice Mayor Rowena B. Mendiola, members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, SK Federation President Palm Angel Buncio, SP Secretary Atty. Khalid Atega Jr., City Legal Head Atty. Kim Nyca Lofranco, department and unit heads, and Mr. Dan Mark Magos of COA. Representing Ph1 World Landscapes, Inc. were President Ma. Gilda “Gigi” Alcantara, Mr. Charles “Lester” Perri Hari, Ms. Rowelyn Merencillo, Ms. Danielle Feliciano, and Mr. Kalvin Carreon.
🏢 The 4PH Salinas Project will feature four residential towers with 500 units each, providing 2,000 affordable housing units for Bacooreño families. Each unit will measure 24 square meters and will be complemented by modern amenities including a multi-purpose hall, court, and two elevators per tower, offering a first-world living experience at an affordable cost.
🚧 Construction is set to begin in February 2026, with the first two towers expected to be completed by June 2027.
