Revilla Hall, December 2, 2025 – The City Government of Bacoor, under the leadership of Mayor Strike B. Revilla through the City Livelihood and Development Department headed by Ms. Carmelita Gawaran, celebrated the achievements of 597 graduates at the “Araw ng Pagtatapos” graduation ceremony held at the Revilla Training Center.
The event was attended by distinguished guests including Mayor Strike B. Revilla, BM Alde Pagulayan, Doc Bob De Castro (Head of PESO), Ms. Melissa Tuazon (TESDA Scholarship Focal representative of Provincial Director Gerardo Marasigan), and with AVP Cong. Lani Mercado Revilla. Representatives from partner institutions, including Ms. Melifer Delgado and Ms. Mary Anne Fernandez from Cavite School of St. Mark (TVI), and Ms. Rhoda Lodronio from Millennial Choice Institute and Assessment Center, were also present. Barangay Salinas 1 officials Kagawad Bernardino Jimenez, Kagawad Michael Miranda, Kagawad PJ Ocampo, Kagawad Aurelio Martin Jr., and Kagawad Nestor Ledesma from Brgy P.F Espiritu 4 joined in celebrating the graduates’ accomplishments.
A total of 597 graduates successfully completed their respective training programs, showcasing their dedication and hard work. The graduates specialized in various skills including Hot Meals (Batch 3), Cold Meals (Batch 3), Cake Making (Batch 4 & 5), Bread Making (Batch 4), Nail Care Servicing (Batch 2), Body Massage (Batch 5), Cake Decoration (Batch 2), Floral Arrangement, Candle Making (Barangay Bayanan), Soap Making (Barangay Talaba 1 & 3), Rug Making (Barangay Panapaan 4), Food Trade (Barangay Salinas 1), Cookery NC II (Cavite School of St. Mark), Driving NC II (Millennial Choice Institute and Assessment Center), Dressmaking NC II (Batch 1 & 2), Dishwashing, Fabcon, and Candle Making. This momentous occasion underscores the City Government’s unwavering commitment to empowering its constituents through comprehensive skills development and providing pathways to meaningful employment and economic prosperity.
