Legislative and Disaster Resilience Building Office, 5th Floor, Bacoor City Government Center, Cavite – May 9, 2026 – The City of Bacoor, under Mayor Strike B. Revilla, hosted a 4PH Mini Caravan yesterday – May 8, 2026 – at the Legislative and Disaster Resilience Building Office, 5th Floor, Bacoor City Government Center to streamline the housing allocation process for qualified beneficiaries.
The one-day activity brought together eligible participants to complete key steps in their housing applications, with the Housing, Urban Development & Resettlement Department (HUDRD) leading the initiative. Atty. Aimee Torrefranca-Neri, City Administrator and Officer-in-Charge of HUDRD Bacoor, oversaw the event alongside PH1 Developer representatives Mr. LG Victoria and Mr. Jan Arkiane Salvador.
The team provided comprehensive support covering document submission, unit allocation procedures, and payment arrangements to ensure a smooth experience for all attendees. During yesterday’s session, beneficiaries verified their eligibility, finalized initial paperwork, and received guidance on the next stages of their housing journey.
This initiative forms part of the city’s commitment to providing safe and affordable housing for its residents. Additional 4PH Mini Caravan sessions are scheduled for other batches of beneficiaries, with PH1 Developer set to send updates and detailed schedules directly via text message to all qualified applicants.
