The Office of the Population Development of Bacoor, headed by Ms. Emilie De Castro, joined the 2025 Rafael M. Salas Kaunlarang Pantao Award held at the People’s Center in Biñan City, Laguna. Bacoor was one of the 11 nominees out of 147 local governments in CALABARZON. At the presentation of awards, the Commission on Population and Development CALABARZON recognized the city with the Excellence in POPDEV Localization, honoring the Bacoor Population Office for its longtime contributions to population development and its unwavering commitment as an active and dedicated office in the region.

Revilla, Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista-Mendiola, and the Sangguniang Panlungsod, for their constant support to all OPD programs and activities.
