Ninety-four (94) Local Government Units (LGUs) in Region IV-A successfully passed and attained a High Functionality rating in the 2025 Local Committee on Anti-Trafficking and Violence Against Women and their Children (LCAT-VAWC) Functionality Assessment, which evaluated their performance for CY 2024.
The annual LCAT-VAWC Functionality Assessment measures how provincial, city, and municipal LGUs perform based on key indicators, including the composition of the committee, regular conduct of meetings, formulation of policies and plans, allocation of budget, and overall accomplishments.
