Mayor Strike B. Revilla, through Memorandum Circular No. 005‑2026, has ordered the suspension of all face‑to‑face classes in Bacoor City this afternoon, August 5, 2026 (public and private schools).
This decision follows the recommendation of the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (CDRRMC) and the latest advisory from PAGASA‑DOST regarding Bagyong Maymay and the Enhanced Southwest Monsoon, which may cause flooding and other hazards.
Schools are directed to implement modular distance learning, performance tasks, projects, or make‑up classes in line with DepEd Order No. 14, s. 2026.
