Bacoor’s Bureau of Fire Protection topped the Civil Service Commission’s 2017 Anti-Red Tape Act Report Card in Region 4A Calabarzon, and came out #7 nationwide. At the flag raising ceremony of the City Government this morning, Bacoor City Mayor Lani Mercado Revilla took pride in the outstanding performance of Bacoor BFP and its Chief Director Leonard R.
