Get ahead with technology! Bacoorenos will be happy to know that they may now access facilities provided by the Department of Information and Communication (DICT) to use technology for their personal growth and development. In a memorandum of agreement between the City Government of Bacoor as represented by City Mayor Lani Mercado Revilla and DICT as represented by Director Cheryl Ortega, the latter will provide an efficient and effective information communication technology infrastructure and establish a Tech4ED Center under its Technology for Economic Development Project.

The Tech4ED Center is a one-stop shop that caters to out of school youth, women, overseas Filipino workers, persons with disabilities, senior citizens, indigenous peoples, and entrepreneurs. At the center, they can access the internet, process online applications for government documents, do research work for school projects, and sign up for digital literacy and skills training courses. A Tech4ED Center was recently opened at the Bacoor Computer Center in Alima.
