The City Government of Bacoor and the Department of Information and Communications Technology launched the Rural Impact Sourcing Technical Training program today at the Bacoor Computer Center. The training program aims to develop digitally empowered Bacoorenos to help generate employment opportunities in the city. The scholars will be partnered with small and medium scale enterprises for the creation of digital marketing programs. The DICT likewise turned over seven desktop units to the city in support of the program. Present during the program launch were City Mayor Lani Mercado Revilla, DICT Cluster Director Cheryl Ortega, DICT LC2 Maricar Magpili, DICT Course Officer Engr. Melanio Mamalateo, and Bacoor MIS Head Lodgene Asuncion.
