The first leg of the Alagang Ate Lani Caravan at the Talaba 7 Covered Court proved to be a successful event with countless Bacoorenos from Talaba 7, 3, and 1, Panapaan 2, and Niog 1 in attendance. With the objective of bringing various City Government services closer to the barangays, the caravan provided some 220 free haircuts and massages and processed 300 prescriptions for eyeglasses and 192 requests for dentures. Some 852 patients were attended by the medical and dental mission component of the Alagang Ate Lani Caravan while 264 applications were processed in the job fair. Identification cards for PWDs and senior citizens were also processed, and some 134 late birth registrations were facilitated. Some 840 Bacoorenos were also served hot meals. More caravans are being scheduled in the next few weeks to make the City Government closer to the Bacooreno.
